Sound and Architecture Artist

China Blue’s work might be of interest to some of you. From the website:

“China Blue is an internationally exhibiting artist who pursues the intersection of sound and architecture.”

UnderVoices is a piece with “sampled sounds of the Eiffel Tower” and “Aqua Alta is an immersive sound experience created using specialized audio equipment to capture the unique sounds of the waters of Venice via the gondolas that glide through them.  This work was inspired by the effects global warming have on the environment, both underwater and above. ”

The artist lives locally and If anyone is interested to get in touch, I’m happy to make a connection, just let me know. More detail here.
