Technology has been very giving and miraculous in our lives. However, a strange irony seems to be forming. Though it has brought geographically distanced places in contact with each other, it has also virtually distanced people who are in close physical proximity. We sit in adjacent rooms, adjacent chairs and communicate/interact with physically distant places, people and things. Putting the two together, my work is directed towards creating spaces that strive to bring people together in the same space and create a collaborative experience that helps them realize the joy of being together.
